Nice view
Room clean, hot water for shower sorted as soon as I requested. Staff generally very helpful. Restaurant prepared special meals on request. When I visit Lake Toba again I will stay at Carolina.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. I cannot fault the place.
